Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by sending an email to info@koddel.com.

• If your order has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
• If your order has already been shipped, we will issue a refund excluding shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days.

Will I Receive a Full Refund for a Return or Cancellation?

• If you return your order, only the return shipping costs will be at your expense. You will receive a full refund (product price + initial shipping costs).

• If you cancel your order before it is shipped, no return fees will apply.

• Payments made by bank transfer or check will be refunded via PayPal.

• Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase.

What Is the Withdrawal Procedure?

You have 14 calendar days (from the date of receipt) to notify us of your withdrawal.

• Order number
• Reason for withdrawal (size, material, color, etc.)
