What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- SEPA transfer
- Payment in installments via Shop Pay (depending on the options displayed at the checkout)
Can I cancel my order?

2. Delivery & Tracking
What are the delivery times?
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 working days (standard) / 24-48 hours (express)
- European Union: 5 to 7 working days (standard) / 3 to 4 days (express)
- International (USA, Middle East, Asia, etc.): 10 to 16 business days (standard) / 5 to 7 days (express)
Some made-to-order items require an additional 6-10 days.
What are the delivery rates?
- France: Free from €129 – Standard €8.90 – Express €15.90
- European Union: Standard €19.90 – Express €35.90
- International: Standard €35.90 – Express €65.90
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link.
Who are your carriers?
We work with Chronopost and TNT to guarantee:
- Real-time tracking
- Management of customs formalities
- Transport insurance included
3. International Deliveries
Do you ship to the US and outside Europe?
Yes. We deliver to:
- European Union
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia
- Other destinations on request
What fees and taxes apply?
- European Union : French VAT included, no customs fees
- Outside the EU : Packages are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How do you ensure the safety of the parts?
- Reinforced packaging (wooden crates for fragile parts)
- Transport insurance included
- International tracking with tracking
4. Returns & Refunds
How to return an item?
You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. Contact us by email and we will guide you.
What is the reimbursement period?
Within 14 days maximum after receipt of the compliant return.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos. We will ensure a replacement or a suitable refund.

Are your products made in Europe?
The majority of our pieces come from European artisans , working with durable and noble materials.
Are all parts in stock?
No. Some are available immediately, others in limited quantities or on order. This information is indicated on each product sheet.
What is a “unique piece” at Koddel?
An item made in a single copy or in a very limited series, clearly indicated in its description.
