✦ Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order at any time by emailing us at info@koddel.com.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund.

If it has already been shipped, we will refund you excluding shipping costs.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after confirmation.

✦ What is the return or cancellation procedure?

In accordance with the law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please email us at info@koddel.com with the following information:

Your order number

The reason for the return (e.g., size, material, color)

A photo of the product showing that it is in its original condition

We will send you the return address after your request has been validated. Please do not return anything without prior confirmation.

✦ Return Conditions

Items must be:

Unused

In their original condition

Perfectly packaged in their original packaging

Incomplete, damaged, or unsaleable returned products will not be refunded.

✦ Order Refund

If the return meets the return requirements, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid (product + initial shipping costs).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

No fees apply for cancellations before shipment.

✦ Refund Processing Timeframe and Methods

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.

Credit card payments are automatically credited back to the card used.

Payments by bank transfer or check are refunded via PayPal.

✦ Return Responsibility

We recommend using a carrier with tracking. Koddel cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

✦ Non-returnable products

Made-to-order, personalized, or promotional products are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect.
