Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order at any time by writing to us at info@koddel.com.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, the refund is full.
- If it has already been shipped, we will refund you excluding shipping costs.
The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days after confirmation.
What is the return or withdrawal procedure?
In accordance with the law, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please write to us at info@koddel.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for return (e.g., format, material, color)
- A photo of the product attesting to its intact condition
We will send you the return address after validating your request. Please do not send anything back without prior confirmation.
Return conditions
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Perfectly packed in their original packaging
Products returned incomplete, damaged or unfit for resale cannot be refunded.
Refund of your order
- In case of a compliant return, the entire amount paid (product + outbound shipping costs) will be refunded to you.
- The return costs remain at your expense.
- For a cancellation before shipment, no fees apply.
Refund times and methods
The refund occurs within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.
- Payments by credit card are automatically credited back to the card used.
- Payments by bank transfer or check are refunded via PayPal.
Return responsibility
We recommend using a carrier with a tracking number. Koddel cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return.
Non-returnable products
Products made to order, personalized, or on sale are not eligible for return, unless a defect is found.
